 In the heart of the Shoreview community lies a charming oasis called In Vino Veritas, a testament to the dreams and aspirations of its owners, Cory and Farzana. Their journey began with a simple yet profound moment in a wine bar where Farzana looked at Cory and told him "I could see us doing this." From there they made their dreams become a reality and opened Shoreview's first and only ever wine bar. 

Farzana, having spent 22 years as a program manager in corporate America, made a bold move by resigning just days after In Vino Veritas opened its doors. This decision marked a significant shift from the corporate world to the world of wine and hospitality. Being one of a few female Bangali to own a local business, Farzana brought a unique blend of creativity and relaxation to the atmosphere.

 Cory, a former Navy and electrician, had always felt a yearning for something more. The idea of owning a business had lingered in the background of his thoughts, and when Farzana proposed the notion of a wine bar, it resonated deeply with him. It was an opportunity he couldn't resist, a chance to pursue his passion and create a space for genuine connections.
